HCS Students Present Sandy Tapestries to Mayor Zimmer

 

High school students at Hoboken Charter School presented Mayor Dawn Zimmer and the City of Hoboken with tapestries Monday commemorating the impact of Hurricane Sandy.

Over the past four months, students have worked with Hoboken stained glass artist Zach Green and art teacher Mira Septimus to create 18 panels depicting memories and stories students experienced during the storm.
